About Me

KT's professional career has spanned higher education in a multiple of roles throughout student services such as career services, exploration, and student affairs.  Through these roles she has coached hundreds of college students and young alumni on career exploration, work/life balance issues, and navigating generational workplace cultures.  She has extensive experience writing engaging resumes and cover letters, presenting on career related topics, and administering personality and career assessments such as Myers-Briggs and DiSC.  Through all of these experiences she has the ability to help you realize your potential and begin to create the career plan best suited for you.
With years of experience coaching current and former student athletes regarding issues such as ways to balance life/school demands, post-career exploration, and workforce preparedness.  She has coached and motivated student athletes to find their 'second careers' while exploring their own passions and continuing to win.  As a former student athlete she understands the demands of competition and also the grieving process that is associated with the end of an era.  As well as assisting student athletes, KT has worked with numerous young professionals across multiple disciplines to realize their true passions, brand their skills, and to find their paths along the professional journey.
Whether you're getting ready to graduate college or a young professional looking to spark the passion in your professional life; this blog can help.

She's compassionate. Versed. Opinionated!
